LMSU - MIY | TIFFIN

This is one of my favorite treats to make, Tiffin! It's so easy to make and you can customise it to suit you. I've made it many times and it makes such a cute and different birthday 'cake' idea. This is what I made for my birthday last year, it looked and tasted great!

What you will need : Ingredients
-3 bars of chocolate (Any of your choice, dark/white/milk/baking chocolate)
-1 medium pack of marshmallows (Any sort you like, ie Gelatin free)
-1/2 a pack of biscuits (Rich teas work best but again whatever suits you)
-1 small bag of dried fruit (I used dried cranberries)
-1 small bag of nuts (I used cashews this time but pistachios are fab in it)

What you will need : In the kitchen
-Method of melting the chocolate (Microwave, in a pan on the hob, whatever)
-Large bowl for mixing
-Container/dish covered in grease proof paper for the tiffin to set in.

1. Break up the chocolate into squares and heat it (in the microwave/on the hob) until its all melted.
2. Once it's all melted take off the heat. Break up the biscuits into small chunks.
3. Add the biscuits into the melted chocolate and mix. Tear the marshmallows into small pieces.
4. Add the pieces of marshmallow and then roughly chop the nuts and add them as well.
5. Stir the mixture and add the dried fruit.
6. If you find the mixture too thin add more biscuits.
7. Take your mixture and put it into your container.
8. Using a spoon flatten the mixture into the container, making sure to pack it down.
9. Cover the tiffin and leave it in your fridge to set (It sets in about 3 hours)
10. Once it has set, remove the tiffin and carefully cut it into squares.
11. Enjoy!!! :)
