What To Watch | Netflix
Normally I watch the same thing day in and day out, I will either have a podcast on, youtube or a series on netflix playing. I like having something on the background whether I'm cooking, getting ready, going to sleep, working out and so on. I do love Pretty Little Liars and will watch that over and over again, through all the series. I will do a post about current youtube channels that I'm enjoying watching. But recently there have been a few series I have enjoyed binging on Netflix, let's jump into them..
Designated Survivor
I was obsessed with 24 when it was on, and have watched all the series through a few times. It's so good! Really suck you in and really easy to binge watch. So it was very persuading to see Jack Baur AKA Keifer Sutherland as the lead role in this Netflix original. Keeping it real, I started watching it at 1am last night and less then 24hrs later I'm on episode 15! I'm off work today so that's allowed me to 100% get sucked in. I'm really enjoying it, and with 21ep in Season 1 and 13ep in Season 2 it's full steam ahead!! Haha JK but it's nice to get into a series and find it's not just 10 episodes and that's all. Also the episodes are around 40minutes each! I don't want to spoil anything but it is really easy to get caught up in the first episode which makes you want to watch them all, which is sometimes rare to find. I mean, I haven't watched Game Of Thrones because I didn't like the first episode! If you're somewhat interested in political dramas OR if you're a diehard 24 fan like me, give this one a go!
2. Santa Clarita Diet
Started to watch this last year with Stas on a whim, while we were in Ukraine and we got hooked! Really funny and easy to watch. It's a zombie comedy if that's a thing. We recently re-watched it to prepare for Season 2, coming out March 23rd. Staring the lovely Drew Barrymore this series was a lot funnier then we expected, along with some shocking gore! I think I was traumatised after SPOILER ALERT Glenn was killed in Walking Dead, I didn't want to watch anything zombie but I love this series! Episodes are short too so go on, what are you waiting for!
3. BBC Three Wild Alaska + Wild China
I don't know about anyone else but I really love watching nature documentaries in bed or before falling asleep. There’s something really relaxing about them. We really enjoyed watching Wild China but I think my favourite was Wild Alaska and it’s made me want to visit. They are really well made and not to mention the cute animals! We started watching recently Wild Japan and it’s really good too. BBC obviously know their stuff when it comes to nature documentaries! If your into things like these, I’d definitely recommend!
