Vegan Smoothie Bowl
Really nice in summer but a bit harder to enjoy during the winter brrrr - during winter I will drink this instead of having it as a smoothie bowl. You can basically add any frozen fruit that you like, I usually use the tropical smoothie mix from Lidl. For that deep green, I have used spirulina powder.
To blend everything together I have just thrown everything in my Nutribullet. You can also top it with whatever you like, here I have used dried coconut, chia seeds and banana.
150g Frozen Tropical Fruit Mix (Mango, Pineapple, Papaya)
1 Cup Rice Milk
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Spirulina Powder
If you are looking to add some extra protein, top it with some nut butter or your favourite seeds. You can also mix one scoop of vegan protein powder when blending.
